1st swim of the summer
Today we decided to take Lily over to the pool to go swimming! It was very warm and sunny out today, so we thought it was the perfect time. The pool was a BIT chilly, but not too bad. At first she was a bit unsure and thought she had to cry a litle :) but she quickly got over it and enjoyed her time swimming with her daddy! She LOVES bath time, so i was knew she would love the pool too!

It's probably good to get her used to water at a young age--Layla hates pools! I thought sure she would love it in Florida this Spring since she loves baths, but she hated it and we tried it again yesterday and she hated it too! I think I'll have to try a little pool and see if that isn't so overwhelming for her. Lily looks adorable in her suit!!
Does Layla have sensitive skin...maybe the chlorine in the pools bothers her little skin?!
p.s. i was at brad and jill's this weekend and i saw the adorable picture of Layla with her little leggings and headband...SO CUTE!
She does have sensitive skin like her mama, but I don't think that's the problem in the pool--she freaks out when you even take her close to the water. Apparently it's just a little too much water for her.
And you must be referring to her 9 months pic--yeah, Tracy did a good job with them!
Those pictures are too cute! I can't wait to get a picture of them in their matching suits! We'll definately have to make it to the pool with the girlies...I like your floatie! That is funny she didn't like it but it is like with Macie - you have to just make her get used to it by throwing her in:) Just kidding...
